Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
MID 136066154 is primary in a Pack, multiple in a B Troop.
COR MID 128970332 has no problem connecting MBC to B Troop members. Anytime COR tries to connect MBC to a Scout gets “can’t find” whether she tries to connect via the Scout connection or via MBC. We previously discussed this on June 25, but after updating Chrome, clearing cache, no change. Here is her email to me:
“No Issues in Boys.
The weird part is how some girls were able to have him added as merit badge counselor but I attributed that to having a pre-existing connection such as MID14868042 as a carryover from Cub Scouts.
One other girl was not Cubs but had another pre-existing connection with another badge I think.
These other girls I cannot pull him up either by invitation page to add to connect, not add from Connections page as an adult leader.*
So the Girls side seems to selectively know of his existence. So weird.”
I am a unit admin for the G Troop and have had no issues.
Any ideas?

I see several hundred connections to this MBC via both Scouts BSA and Cub Scouts. I recommend he use Clean Old Connections on his My Connections page to get rid of connections to Scouts he is no longer working with.
Typically when searching for an MBC, a not found message appears because the MBC is:
already connected to the Scout as an MBC or Adult leader. In this case the MBC connection is made by going to the Scout’s Connection page, selecting the MBC and turning on the MBC check box if it is off and selecting the MB.
The MBC does not council the selected MB. The MBC in your case is a counselor for Automotive Maintenance, Fishing, Inventing, Personal Fitness and Personal Management.
The MBC’s YPT expired. N/A in this case as his YPT is good until 8/27/25.
