I tried on both outlook, outlook web, and into the normal iPhone default calendar.
Outlook just errored. The iPhone said it required a login/password. So, I used my Scoutbook one and it said unable to verify.
We had another report of issues with subscribing. Your result seems to be different, so I passed it along too.
