Swim Test and Health Records don't show if you go directly to profile

Same bug still exists as back from May called " What happened to swim test and health record dates?".

If you go to your profile from your dashboard (My Dashboard>My Account) your swim test and health record date fields don’t show. I was going crazy for a second there. If you go to your profile from your unit’s roster, the fields show.

Please fix!

This is working as designed. The intent is the swim test and health form dates should only be updated by a unit leader, thus they are not available from My Account → My Profile. You must go through the unit roster to access these fields.
