I was trying to enter in requirements achieved by a scout and this is the message I receive: (scout name) needs to be setup with advancement sync before you can approve any of his advancement. Any key 3 member or Admin can setup advancement sync for this scout from his account page.

Does this mean we have to sign in as the scout? Where do I find the advancement sync option? I am part of the Key 3 so I should have this access.

Please help! Thanks!

Go to Scouts Profile Page > Go to Membership > Look at current Membership and make sure it is approved > if it is approved un-approve it and save> then go back in and approve it > That should solve it as long as the Scout is really registered with unit
