Our advancement coordinator is getting this error for 3 scouts as she is trying to enter advancements
Error Message “Scout First Name” needs to be setup with advancement synch before you can approve any of his advancements. Any key 3 member or admin can setup synch for this Scout from his account page.
When I look in scoutbook I see the following message on each scots membership page
““Scout Name” has not been matched with a Scout in your Units official roster. Please check with your council.”
@JenniferOlinger - I followed your above instructions and it did not solve the sync issue for our unit’s two scouts - both of whom have been active 10+ years. Both are not syncing after renewing their membership in December. Scouts #130789531 and 130789531. Both have the “Position Approved” box checked and a green checkmark appears by their names. Any additional suggestions? @BarbaraWells is our advancement chair who discovered the issue. Thank you.
