Feature problem, clear cache message when accessing calendar event

This is for PacSky Ship 47 (Nautilus).

When I select a calendar event, I get an error page saying there is a problem with the feature and to clear my cache. This happens on the Chrome and Safari browsers, on a PC and an iPad. It is repeatable. It has been for hours.

The first screenshot is where I start. I choose the event today (Wed Jul 31), and get the second screenshot.

@DeborahBennett

Try a hard refresh (SHIFT+refresh icon in Chrome) and let us know if that fixes the issue.

I assume you mean Shift+Reload (the arrow in the circle).

It makes no difference, I get the error page again.

I opened the console in the developer tools. It looks like there may be a reference to something which has not been properly initialized. Screenshot attached:

@DeborahBennett

We have passed this on to the developers

Thank you. I am happy to provide any debugging, logs, etc that they may want.

I have this same problem; I cleared the cache, but nothing. I used incognito mode, and it let me in. A quick workaround. But it seems to be a newer problem that arose.

I just realized it looks like I had an image in the Event Description that it did not like. I deleted the event and re-entered it. Seemed to work. Developers need to look at the Event Description and when you add an image, it seems to be the problem, at least from my side.

Sea Scout Ship 280 in Simon Kenton Council is (and has been) getting this error. We cannot edit events, RSVP, view RSVPs, mark attendance, nothing. (For a week & a half now.)
I did try hard refreshes on phone (even restarting it) and on my laptop on Chrome & Firefox. Please fix this!
I did just download the Scouting App and at least I can RSVP, view RSVPs & mark attendance. I cannot edit events there though.
Thank you.

No one? What is your role in the unit?

Committee Chair is my position, and the Skipper & our mates couldn’t either…
It is working now, though.
THANK YOU!
