The text function is not working in Scoutbook. It is sending an email instead.
@DonaldSwibes - i just tested this and i successfully received a text message from scoutbook and an email copy of the text. In order to receive the sms the folks will need to validate their cell number.
We have used this for over two years. When did this change?
I would also ask if the people involved are able to receive other texts outside of scoutbook. The system worked for me so it may well be a carrier or user issue.
Also - carriers are getting rid of the SMS option for texts

Those who have received it must have validated their number as that requirement goes back at least 6 years.
