A scout with ID 131897868 is suddenly not appearing in my.scouting and Scoutbook. He is completing finishing touches on his Eagle, and turns 18 in seven days, so this is time sensitive.
Our unit is Troop 24B in San Diego, CA.

@RoscoCook This is a registration issue. Please contact your local council for assistance.
I would also recommend having the Scout log in at my.Scouting and double-check his name and DOB there.
