We have linked troops and schedule joint events using the IA calendar. For one troop the invites go out using Eastern time, for the other the invites go out using Central time. We are in the Eastern time zone. I’m a troop admin for both and have checked the settings in IA for both troops, and both are set to New York (Eastern) time. Is there some other setting I need to look at? We now include the actual event time in the body of the event info, but it is still causing confusion when invites for one troop go out with an incorrect one-hour-earlier start time.

Thank you! That appears to have been the problem. I would not have thought to look there for an issue associated with the IA calendar, so thank you for suggesting it.
