Thanks for making a great tool for Scouting! I notice what seems to be a bug.
Timestamps on comments in “Application Notes” in “Application Summary” in “Membership Manager” (aka “Application Manager”) are 1 hour ahead of the actual time. E.g. the app reports that 7:50 AM is 8:50 AM. This is true in e.g. Nova Scotia, but false in my timezone (EDT; Boston time) and everywhere else in the United States. 8:50 AM would be UTC-3 at time of writing, and no US states or territories observe a time zone of UTC-3.
To reproduce:
- Sign in to my.scouting.org
- Click on “Menu” in top left
- Click on “Application Manager”
- In the “Application Status” table, find an application
- Click on it to load the “Application Summary” view
- In the “Application Notes” area at right, post a new comment
- Notice the timestamp is 1 hour in the future, e.g. posting at 8:27 AM shows as 9:27 AM
I wonder if the bug is related to daylight savings time, or perhaps an incorrect server timezone / locale setting.

I can also reproduce this bug on my smartphone, i.e. on the mobile website, using Firefox 129 on Android 14 (both current as of writing) on Pixel 8 Pro.
This bug has confused me in the context of my Pack’s onboarding processes. Thanks for your help fixing it – please let me know if more information would help!
Best regards,
