I am our troop’s advancement and I have had enough with this new platform.
When I click on the To Award feature, I have random scouts showing merit badges (including scouts that have aged out) and rank from years ago (some as far back as cubs) that have already been awarded showing as needing to be awarded. I have been going through and trying to double check everything, but in the midst of that the To Award list vanished completely and would only come up as ‘nothing to be awarded’. After restarting the site, now it only lists scouts that need rank, not merit badges.
On my open purchase order, I somehow have things on there from our scouts in the venturing crew, things that should not be showing up on my PO.
Look, this has been a very frustrating transition and I would appreciate some assistance.
