Can't Clear Adventure from "To Award" List

I have 12 Adventures listed on our Pack’s “To Award” list that when I click “Award Item” for any of them, I get the message stating “Success: Awarded 1 Advancement for 1 Youth” but they never clear off the “To Award” list. (I am CC and have been able to successfully clear others from the list.)

If I click into the scout’s profile, they are all showing up as “Marked Awarded” within the scout’s info but still won’t fall off the “To Award” list.

The issue is occurring for the “King of the Jungle”, “Mountain Lion” and “Fun on the Run” Lion Adventures (2024 Version) completed in May 2024, each for 4 of my current Wolf Cub Scouts (IDs: 140461293, 140502519, 140437773, 140463984).

All of the adventures with the issue were on the same PO, so I tried removing them from the PO, unchecking “Marked Awarded”, saving and then rechecking “Marked Awarded” and saving to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck. Thanks for your help!

@DanielleCorpuz that at first sounds like a cache issue - I would try an incognito window and see if it is the same

@DonovanMcNeil Just tried it. Unfortunately, same thing happens in incognito window.
