Totin Chip is mssing in scoutbook plus and firemn chit is failing with errors

Hi,
I am trying to award Totin Chip for some of the Scouts who attended recent camping event and i am unable to find it in Scoutbook plus. Is this moved somewhere else.
Also for Firemn Chit, if i try to provide that to a scout, it gives error stating scout already has it, but i cannot find that for the scout.
Can i get some help on this.
user award can not be created because userAward or userAwardRequirements already exist for the given userId, awardId - userId: 14003058 - awardId: 98
But that user does not have this award yet. So not sure how why the system thinks it has that

The developers are aware of the issue with Totin Chip and are working on a fix. Watch the change log for an announcement of the fix.

I do not see Firemn Chit for this Scout. I will report it to the developers.

What is interesting is that, for Firemn Chit, i do see that award can be issued to all the other scouts in our troop (atleast the other 12 of them who earned it). Not Sure what is special about this one scout alone.
