I’m district membership chair. Council has put me in charge overseeing applications and leads for units. Have a youth app for a Troop but the youth is too young. Trying to reassign the app to the sister Pack (same charter org) , but the system says “invalid request”. The council registrar is unable to make this transfer either.
Is there any other recourse besides having the parent make a new app. This has been in limbo for over 6 weeks.
