Greetings, I have a pack leader that informe me that when he is transfering a cubscout to his new Den using scout book, the system display a error.
With this cubscout we had a issue before with his information that our concil already work on it.
The person in charge of the advancement within the pack is trying to make this changes on scoutbook plus. Can some one advised please.

The advancement chair is the one how’s making the transfer. But my concil tell me that they already fix the issue with the mix account of the cubscout.
