Have one Scout whose awards do not sync to purchase report, his brothers does.

Is the Scout approved (green shield)?
is this a troop or pack? If it is a pack, does the Scout only have one membership in the pack and is he assigned to a den?
Are his awards marked awarded (yellow check box)?
We need more details to help determine what is happening.

did this for his brother at the same time, Scout doesn’t show up on the need to purchase order
Awarded (yellow check box) means the Scout physically has the award thus it does not need to be purchased. If you need to add these awards to a purchase order, you need to clear the awarded check box.
