I have a scout that transferred into our troop from another state. Prior to leaving his old troop, he made sure all of his records were in scoutbook. Now in the new troop, his previous records are not showing in scoutbook. The old profile is there, but the data is missing. Any help getting his data back would be appreciated.
The old BSA# is 132601489
The new (current) BSA# is 135377804
The data is still there, but it won’t display if the Scout does not have a current troop membership. We can merge the Scoutbook accounts.
Did the Scout recently move to your council? I do not see any registrations for him in your troop or council.
He moved into our troop in September, but our council is way behind in getting recharters finished. We have been told they are working on our troop now.
