Transferred Scout has no records in Scoutbook

Our troop has a scout that recently transferred from another council. The scout was issued a new BSA ID under our council and has merged his BSA IDs in my.scouting. Normally, when we transfer in a Scout from another council, all of their advancement and information comes through 24-48 hours after the application has processed. This scout still shows up as new with no records. Is there a way to check his old BSA ID to make sure the records are there and then have them transferred to his new BSA ID?

what is the new BSA # and we can look

Old BSA Number: 126456233

@AmyCrone this appears to be fixed now - Parents left off middle name on application to Circle 10 I think
