Just curious, is there any way to bulk transfer years of data from Troopmaster to Advancement? I am guessing NO, and that this is a manual “one scout at a time” process. Please let me know if there is a way!

Troopmaster provides an upload to report data as it must be recorded nationally - the upload portal is advancements.scouting.org - how to get out of TM I do not recall
It also depends a lot on what “data” you’re talking about. Like @DonovanMcNeil noted, there’s a process for advacements. I don’t think there’s a activity-logs/calendar attendance/misc profile data (e.g. swim test status, med form expirations, etc) import process.
