Troop Advancement Record

We use the Individual Advancement Record all the time but it would be great to get a report showing which scouts are missing requirements and the count of scouts missing requirements.

This would be extremely helpful when planning campouts and meetings to focus on helping the scouts find activities for advancement.

If possible also being able to see the scouts who need specific eagle-required merit badges would also be helpful for us to help identify clinics or summer camp focus areas.


Report Builder will allow you to build reports showing you which Scouts completed which requirements and which are still needed.

You can get a CSV version of the report that you can import into Excel or Google Sheets and use one of the count functions to find the number of Scouts that still need each requirement.
