I am the Unit Advancement Chair for our Troop. I have previously run a report before our Court of Honor for the past three years and the reports have been the information needed. It has been Rank Advancement, Merit Badges and Special Awards. I’ve been trying to run a new report and only get Rank Advancement and Special Awards no matter what I select. Seems like this has changed since I last ran one in July. Apologies if this has been asked before, but could not find an answer using the search.
Merit Badges show fine for me. Are you sure they are marked Approved? Did you click include Awarded?
I have double checked - they have been approved and awarded. Also have check-marked the “Include Awarded Within Date Range” as I have the previous reports I have run.
