I’m a troop admin for 3 units. When I click on Troop Reports for any of the 3 units, I only see a YPT report available. Where are the other reports??
@AudreyReed - the full list shows up for me. My first thought is membership renewal or unit renewal.
Both have been taken care of.
@AudreyReed - have you logged out of scoutbook and logged back in? Seems to be limited to you at this moment
Can you double check under “my positions” what shows up under current positions?
@AudreyReed have you tried a Private/Incognito window to isolate things on your computer?
I tried all the things - logging out/logging back in, incognito window, different device, different browser, clear cache. Nothing fixed it except waiting a couple of days. Now it’s working again.
