I live in council but during summer times at another council, which I apparently have two BSA ID’s. My SB has been working fine, merged both ID in my.scouting.org. About a month ago or so, I can not see anything on SB, its completely blank.
My home council is not sure what’s happening. I need help, I can not see my scouts.
If you post BSA # we can look - it all depends on what # you have as primary under Manage Member ID
