I am the committee chair of a troop. We have recently added new scouts that show up under my account but our advancement chair (that has the same admin rights as me) can not see the new scouts. I have checked the connection manager and he has green dots all the way across but still can’t see the new scouts. I even tried deleting him as an admin and re-adding him. He has signed out and back in, tried a different computer, I talked to our council guru on Scoutbook, all to no avail. Can anyone help?

Well last time he logged into account with that MID was July 14, 22. Does he go by a nickname?
I don’t think so. He said he was in there today. His SB id is 2155646
I think he has a different account
Probably the easiest way to verify what’s going on is to watch the scouter log in to see what they’re seeing (and what Scoutbook UserID is on the account when they’re logged in).
I think that is where I am heading. Is it possible he has 2 ID numbers?
