Two I'd numbers, cany merge since one linked to wrong coumcil

Hi, I am trying to merge these two accounts: Your BSA ID is 13112916
The leader ID is 134414585

However I cannot because the 13112916 is linked to longhorn council (incorrectly). And the other account is linked to circle ten.
Both accounts should be Circle Ten and preferably the 13112916 as my primary account.
How can I fix this?

@MarthaDurham This should be fixed. Manage Member ID does not work when the names or DOB do not match. In your case, one of the DOBs was blank.

Edited to add: Please log in with your my.scouting user name – not your e-mail address.
