Two Member ID's - one says primary but Cubmaster can't see the one I use

I am Committee Member, Den Leader, and Parent.

I have completed my training and access my daughter’s scout book with ID #14192637, and have bio and picture here. I am unable to update the cubs in my Den, it says I’m not connected. My Cubmaster does have me connected those cubs and she sees ID #14117427, my YPT is on both.

I’ve tried to merge the two id’s but I get an error message: the member ID does not match the profile.

Can you help? I need to access all my scouts and training through 14192637 AND have my Cubmaster have access to that profile. When she tries to add a new leader and use the 2637 ID, it tells her no record with name, email or ID, even though she can see my email and name in two places. Help?
