Two scoutbook questions

1: is there a quick way to look at a den and tell who has earned rank (without having to click into each scout individually)? And/or will they automatically show up for their rank to be approved once they’ve done enough adventures, or does the leader also have to tell scoutbook they’ve made rank? I would like to know at a glance who has done all their requirements and who is still short.

2: My “to be awarded” report shows several scouts who have moved away and earned adventures in new units. I don’t want those on my list. How do I get them out? If I “award” them will that mess up the new unit? These scouts still show up on our roster (I have just put them in an “inactive” den to filter them out). They are still active in scouting so I can’t just delete them….

@AlexisMarkowski- are you in advancements.scouting.org? And are those moved scouts still on the roster at my.scouting.org

I don’t know, I’m in scoutbook plus. Is that link something dofferent?

And yes, they still show up in our roster on scoutbook, scoutbook plus, and my.scouting even though they have moved away and transferred to other units

@AlexisMarkowski that link is scountbook plus. As far as the moved scouts it would seen that they did not transfer out but appear to be multiple members. As long as they remain on your roster at my.scouting.org you will continue to see them.

I suggest contacting your registrar to end the membership in your unit for those scouts

@AlexisMarkowski- on the first question you would use report butler to make den reports. At this moment however there is a bug in the rewhere it will not capture the data,

On the second issue the opg out may be a way to remove them once the grace period ends. But if you your unit renewal and membership renewal are completed then the registrar may be the option
