Unable to Access Internet Advancement

When I’m in Scoutbook on my Scout’s page and I click the link for my scout’s activity logs, I’m redirected to Internet Advancement and I receive the error message “The person was not found within the active unit.”

@ClaudeAnello - seems like an unregistered scout but do post the BSA ID number

Is this the older or younger scout (no names)? Make sure you have the drop down in the upper right set to parent/guardian for the appropriate scout.

I guess someone did something? It works perfectly now, and I’m doing the exact same thing I did before.
