Trying to add AWL to the AOL Den. It is not finding him by his name, email nor BSA #. He is listed on our my.scouting roster and BSA, name etc are correct in SB. Please assist.

Generally, the SUAC folks only need BSA ID numbers to get started on tracing. Since the forums are public, they discourage posting PII like names and email addresses.
He is already on your Scoutbook roster. You need to click on the unit roster, select his name then select +Add Position/Role.
After you associate him with the proper den, you can end the Assistant Webelos Den Leader position that is not associated with a den.
@TammieZemler It looks like this adult leader has 2 BSA member ID numbers.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” section / tab, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 14310552. He should be removed if listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter, and this can result in the creation of another duplicate Scoutbook account.

Correct, he is already on your SB roster. Click on your unit roster then click on his name then +Add. Scoutbook search will NOT find someone that is already on your roster.

So when I go through the SB Roster. I show his is listed as the AWL. But he doesn’t show up on his den view.
Right, you need to click on his name on the SB roster, not the den roster. Select his membership page then select +Add to add a new Assistant Webelos Den Leader position and associate it with a den. After doing that you can end the old position that does not have a den listed.
