I am the Assistant Cubmaster for our pack and when I try to add completed adventures for our scouts through “Unit Quick Entry” the drop down menu for rank says “no data” and I can not access the menus to select an adventure. My wife is a den leader and is having the same problem. Is there something we can do to fix this?

@NathanBeard been a while sense I played with an ACM account - but first guess would be you are not assigned to any dens
Do you have a pack admin role? If so, you don’t need to be assigned to dens.

I have had this happen occasionally, but eventually (after refreshing or coming back later) the Quick Entry drop-down options have appeared for me.
