We have a cub scout in our pack who we are unable to add to a den in Scoutbook Plus. When I click on the scout’s name, the profile page shows his scoutbook ID as 140630201 but when we try to add him to the Wolf den, there is an error that says: “scoutUserIds is invalid – scoutUserIds: 14032609. So it appears that he has multiple ID’s perhaps from multiple accounts. Is it possible to merge these so we can properly add him to his den?
The Scout’s DOB was missing from his Scoutbook account. I have synced it from the membership database. Please try again.
