We have a new scout in our pack (Member ID: 142089140) that appears to have an issue with his accounts/records within the myScouting/Scoutbook systems. We’re trying to assign him to his den in Scoutbook Plus, but when we save the change, we get an error:
I can see him in myScouting.org and Scoutbook Plus, but I can’t seem to find him in Scoutbook.
Any pointers to help get the issue resolved?
@LandonFraley looks like mom mixed stuff up making a log in account somehow. She used the Scout Member ID.
this is fixed now
@LandonFraley Council needs to go to this Scout and Parent in Registrar tools and clean up the relationships
@LandonFraley that parent had 2 usernames - the one attached to the Sign in with Apple was kept as it had less issues. Please inform them.
