And what is the name of the merit badge that you are trying to start?

Same here - trying to add Communication Merit Badge for ID #131268590.

@JenniferOlinger - I am seeing that whoops as well.. does not allow me to pick an MB at all. Click on scout advancement > Start MB then whoops page
