@donovanmcneil should I try anything different? I might just try to individually just so it doesn’t get forgotten.
Individually it is often no issue - the quick entry is being looked at
I’m having the problem with both quick entry and individual entry. The issue is now includes snorkeling award as well as firmmn as well as totin.
Of note: when reviewing the awards section of the youth’s profile, the awards do not show In pending or complete. In order to find the award, you have to click view all. When you find the award there, it does not indicate that it is started. However, when you click on it to review, the data, data appears.
Then on subsequent navigation to that location the award appears with a progress bar on it. Still having problems saving data.
When using quick entry, it seems to make it through about two or three of the requirements and then it fails.
Afterwards it does not appear to accept any further entry for the awards.
I found that all the scouts that I got an error with before suddenly had the awards listed as Pending yesterday (which was not the case the first 6 times I tried to enter them). I was able to go into each of them individually and change them from Pending to Awarded.
