Unable to change a parents email from changeyouremail

I am unable to put her real email in. It states that this email is already in the system.

This is fixed though I see no log ins from her - it is setup for Apple Login

She has never been able to log in. Thank you! I just edited for another issue I’ve been having. You were too quick!
