I am having trouble completing the Tenderfoot rank for scout# 136353434. He has completed 2nd class already but with the transfer many of his advancement dates were lost. I have entered all the dates again, but it will not allow me to enter a Tenderfoot BOR date of 11/21/23. I continue to get this error message “Board of Review completed date must be later or equal to the completed date for all recorded requirements of the previous rank.” I keep reviewing all the other dates and it all looks correct, but I will admit I have looked at it so many times I may be missing something. Any help is appreciated.
@CaseyCrandell- is the tenderfoot rank marked completed and awarded ? If so then I would let it be as that is all that matters.
@CaseyCrandell I am confused - the Scout has Scout rank 2025-10-02 - the TF could not be 11/21/23
That is where the problem is coming from. Thank you for pointing that out. I was having trouble getting the scout rank scoutmaster’s conference date (06/13/23) to stick. After one of the previous updates that was fixed. I entered the correct scoutmasters conference date for scout rank which completed the rank but marked it as completed for the date I was working on it instead of the date of the scoutmaster’s conference. I was missing the rank completion date because I was focused on the requirement completion dates. Thank you very much for your help. I was able to change that date and everything seems to be logging correctly.
