Unable to complete payment

Hi all,

I’ve been attempting to register as an adult volunteer, but for the past several weeks, have been unable to complete payment. It just spins non-stop on the payment button after I hit submit. I’ve tried Chrome, mobile, Edge. Cleared cookies. Tried clearing the card information and entering a new one with no luck. Anyone know of any ongoing issues with the payment system? Thanks.

We have not heard of any issues. You will need to contact your council office so they can open a ticket on your behalf.

I am having the same issue. Can’t enter a credit card at all. Endless loop. It appears the payment system is not working, but I will contact Council.

I contacted my council, one suggestion they had was using Incognito mode and that worked. See if it works for you, if not, may need your local council to look into it!

Thank you for this suggestion, but alas, it didn’t work for me. Hopefully our Council is able to help.

I tried again today and something was changed in the system. I was able to finally process all of my family members’ membership renewals today. It’s like the saved credit card information was wiped? So it was finally able to take the credit card entires.

We never did receive any emails about renewal, nor did we get one for confirming payment.

@MaryButler1 Please let your local council know that you did not receive any e-mails, so they can submit a help ticket to National, so that National knows about the issue.

I did let our registrar with our Council know, as I’m sure I won’t be the only one who didn’t.
