Help!
My unit pays for renewing adult leaders. I’ve created a batch to do so but I cannot get the system to accept my ACH payment. I know the payment is valid because I added it and National did the whole deposit a penny/withdraw a penny to prove that was working.
This is the error message we’re getting. No one at Council can figure it out. Ticket was submitted to National weeks ago with no resolution. We need to pay for other members and I’m getting frustrated that no one can tell me how to fix this.

Your Council needs to follow up with the ticket they opened. No one on the forums can help with this issue.
No one on the forums has ever seen this error message?
I feel so privileged that they made this message just for me.
All have received the same advice, contact council. No one from the BSA monitors the forums. This is an issue that your Council needs to work via their National contacts.

I recommend checking your bank account over the next week or so to see if the transaction went through despite the error message
