Unable to edit parent email in IA

I’m trying to update a parent in Scoutbook, by adding an email address to their record, which it does not have right now. Clicking on Edit Profile takes you to Internet Advancement, which says, “The adult was not found within the active unit,” and that’s where I’m stuck.

I know that this move to IA for this kind of thing is relatively new, just wondering if anyone has reported this issue before?

This is a known issue. The developers are investigating but at this time we do not know when it will be fixed.

The best solution today is for the parent to create a my.scouting.org ID. The BSA Member ID is
130127526
