I was trying to enter completed requirements for Family Life merit badge that was started in 2022. It won’t let me enter a completion date after 12/31/22. The current version started in 2023.
The immediate answer is one version works in SB+, and one past version is shown - the past version has its retirement date. Program decided if a scout wants to continue with older version, they can use blue cards or paper to record them and then enter a complete date.
The developers are investigating.
