I am having a similar problem as I am unable to find my son’s record on the new scoutbook which I have to update for some badgework he has completed.
@SuzanneParris Does your Unit use Scoutbook? Has an admin connected you to your son?
Try looking under my dashboard > administration. Do you see your son under my family or his unit under my units?
