I’ve lost my son on my scoutbook dashboard. All charters are in at this point. I retired from being a scoutmaster of my daughter’s troop, but that should have not affected my son. My husband went and in added me to my son’s scoutbook. I can see name etc, but no advancement, awards, connections etc. When I click into his troop. I am not connected to my son under his patrol. It is almost like my son has 2 accounts.
How do I get help without putting personal info into the forum?
