Cannot Locate Son's Records

I cannot find my son’s scoutbook account. I used to have access but now its gone. There are a number of issues.

First, I have two email addresses that both have the same username
XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX. In scoutbook I have two dashboards, and they are both the same. Neither dashboard shows my sons.

Second, I moved from out of state and am trying locate the account to initiate a transfer. I tried to connect my account to my sons, but “records could not be found” when I typed in my son’s Member ID from the welcome email I got back in 2018, along with his last name and birthdate.

@RichCoffman I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

You have 3 BSA member ID numbers. I have set the correct one as “primary”.

Please log in at my.scouting and double-check your e-mail address and home address.
