My Hazardous Training keeps playing a running loop, not allowing me to get to conclusion even though all rest are completed and checked off.

I need help/unable to print my completed certificates for Safety Afloat and Safety Swim Defense and when completed Hazardous Weather Training for Seabase.

How do I create a report of completed training for adults attending camps for our binder?
Thank you!)

For Item 1, I’m not quite clear what you mean by “playing a running loop”. Have you tried clearing cache and restarting the browser? Also, have you checked to make sure your zoom level is 100% or less? Sometimes being zoomed in hides the buttons.
For Item 2, you can got to your my.svouting account, and select “My Training”. Select “Completions” from the pulldown menu, tock the box next to the training for which you need a certificate, and print it out/to PDF.
For 3, a Unit Key 3, Key 3 Delegate, or Unit Training Chair (functional roles designated in my.scouting) can browse training for scouters in the Training Manager at my.scouting. Similarly to your own training, tick the box next to the training for which a certificate is needed, then print the certificate.
A number of people have been having this problem. We were running into the issue with several leaders in our unit, and I’ve seen others talking about it on Facebook.
I wasn’t able to get it to complete on my iPad (and my computer is busted) but when I ran it on my work computer using MS Edge, I was able to complete it. So I’d say try a couple of different browsers or even devices and see if you can get one to work.

Make sure on chrome or edge and browser zoom at 100%. Some devices may require that you scroll the player window down to access buttons.
Also make sure the controls are there, but teeny-tinny (like super super small). Some cool computers have super high resolution screens and the older test software doesn’t scale properly.
