Hi I was told by my local council to come here. I tried to log in to scout book as I am the advancement coordinator for our troop. However I used it up til the end of 2025 no issues. Tried to log in 2 days ago and need we to reset my password and it asks your last name, date of birth and zip code. When I entered that it said I couldn’t be found and to reach out to my local council. I have less than 1.5 weeks to get in and add these ranks and merit badges prior to out court of awards

advancements.scouting.org is the same username and password as my.scouting.org

Yes you have No registrations or registration history under your current sign in
@LisaGallucci go to my.scouting.org > click Manage Member ID > flip your primary MID - then I would talk to council about cleaning up your parent relationships in their system so they are all under your registered Member ID
Yes that i know…. But i showed the other parents yesterday and they a registration date on their my scouting.org

@LisaGallucci Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up your children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should ensure that you are listed as parent only under your primary member ID number, which is the one that ends in -402. They should remove you as a parent relationship under any other member ID number(s).
