I am unable to go to an scout adventure page and add in adventures. If I go under a scout name and then click adventures it sends me back my personal profile. Why? I need help please.
Make sure your Cubmaster role is selected in the upper right. If it is, please try an incognito window to rule out cache issues.
Cubmaster role is selected. Incognito doesn’t do anything different. It used to be fine. Only in the last week or so this issue.

Not comfortable with a screen share but I could walk you through it.
Mine is doing the same thing. Last week I could update adventures and now I cannot. IUt does the same thing.

You are registered as a Webelos Leader. This is a known issue. Ask a Key 3 to change your registration to Den Leader and it should work for you.
I am a cub master. So why do I have it coming back to my profile?
We don’t yet know why you are having this issue. Donovan has offered to do a screen share so he can see what it happening first hand and report it to developers.

Developers cannot duplicate your issue. Is it a specific Scout or all of them? If it is a specific Scout, post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) and adventure that is failing.

@TheresaHusman- are you on a pc or mobile ?
Mobile right now it happens on pc as well. This is the screen when I go to an of my family members I have 4 scouts
Any other scout in the pack I go back to a random page
When i go to a non family member scout i go to click thier name for advancement/adventures and by clicking thier name it goes to the run report page
Since it isn’t happening with specific Scouts and the developers can’t reproduce it the only options are for you to do a screen share with Donovan so he can see what is happening or you need to produce a video of what is happening. Either way we will send you a private message. Watch for an envelope on the green circle with the white T.

Ok also can you explain this message my husband is getting. When he is the webelo den leader and a parent and has had scout book access prior this past weekend.
@TheresaHusman- are you in advancements.scouting.org? Almost seems like you are in scoutbook.scouting.org
@TheresaHusman most likely you husband is NOT registered as a Den Leader - but a Webelos Den Leader which is retired - he needs to be registered as just a Den Leader - that applies to all the old named DL positions
If he is registered as a Webelos Den Leader, change his registration to Den Leader, wait 24 hours and it should work.
Ok i will try that and will try that with his. And yes I am in the advancements. Scouting. Org. Or “scoutbooknplus” “scout book legacy. Whatever other names are attached to it.
@TheresaHusman - well you should not be doing anything in scoutbook legacy.
