When I try to add, i get
@CarrieHoffman1 I think the issue is that the youth’s registration is expired / lapsed and outside of the grace period.
That makes sense, but my husband still gets prompted to connect to our son’s account each time he logs in. Can the account be in some way deactivated so this doesn’t happen anymore
@CarrieHoffman1 your husband himself can log into Legacy scoutbook and end the connection to your son there. Or your council might be able to make the relationship
I am having same problem. Adult ID is 142186594 and youth id is 142116224

@ElainePosanka - are you getting the same type of error with the guid string.. then that is an expired membership for that youth as Jennifer noted.
Both of these have been reported - they are different situations but @ElainePosanka should have processed from what we know

@CarrieHoffman1 are there any INITIATED parents on that account?
Our local district was able to add the connection, and the message has gone away. Thank you!
