I have a parent who excepted the scoutbook invite and logged in. I was sitting next to her when she did this. I got the email letting me know she did this but her connection to her son shows still pending. How do I resolve this?
@DavidGray4 - are you looking in legacy scoutbook ? The connection to parents is in advancements.scouting.org
Parents are not connected to scouts via classic Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting) anymore. Unit Key 3 or Key 3 Delegates can connect them using the “+” button under the profile picture in SB+ (advancements.scouting). Parents will need a my.scouting account. There are instructions on creating one and getting access to SB+ here:
