Scoutbook tells me “the gmail account is not recognized” whether I use my (correct) gmail or my username (latter doesn’t make any sense). I AM able to log into scouting.org no problem.
Help! (Windows 11 running Chrome browser up-to-date).

@MichaelPhelan2 the user name is everything before the @ of your email - is that what you are using? What happens?
@MichaelPhelan2 You have 2 usernames associated with your e-mail address.
You should be using the username that is not your e-mail.
@MichaelPhelan2 I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.
Please let us know if you can log in now with your username – not your e-mail address.
