My son is new to scouts and working to setup Scoutbook app on my phone. We are able to login to my.scouting.org with no issue. When we attempt to login to the scoutbook app on iOS we receive the following error screen: “Whoops! Undefined is not a function.” We have changed passwords and the same issue remains.
Please Help!
Are they changing the capitalized letters? in the username or the password?
No, the password is entered correctly and verified by viewing in the plain text. We also tried the scoutbook app on an android device with the same result. All devices are up to date for OS and app.
